Enabling developer option expose your android phone to some more tweaks like
Enabling USB debugging
Show touches
Change some processes.
** Open the app drawer
** Click on settings go to about phone
** Tap the build number 4 times
** You will see some response you are 4 steps from being a developer then tap till it shows you are now a developer
** Go back to your setting you will find developer option on the about phone click on it and you will see the tweaks.
** To enable developer options just tick it.
After you have enable the developer options it can be removed until you perform a factory reset
