For Apps backup
Open your app drawer open titanium backup. For backing up a single app just click on backup/restore select the app you want to backup then click the backup button there.

Bit if you want to backup all your apps in a single click.
** Click on the button on the top right corner

** Click on RUN behind Backup all user apps.

** Click on the tick  button on the top right corner

** It will start wait till it finish

** After it is done it is going to notify you on the notification bar.

       Now you have all your apps backup

To restore back your apps
** Click on the button on the top right corner

** Scroll down Click on RUN behind Restore all apps with data.

** Click on the tick  button on the top right corner.

** It will start wait till it finish

You have all your apps back
